Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund it in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct a price that was listed in error, and will always tell you before charging a corrected amount.
Flowers and plants are grown, not manufactured. Colour, size and stem count vary with the season, and an arrangement may differ slightly from its photograph. Where a specific flower is unavailable we substitute one of equal or greater value and similar character.
We deliver to the areas listed in our shipping policy. Someone must be available to receive the order at the address given. If nobody is present and we cannot leave the order safely, a redelivery may be chargeable.
We are responsible for the order we supply. We are not liable for losses beyond its value, and nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
These terms are governed by the law of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
